Oxipay is simply the easier way to pay. You can shop online or instore at any Oxipay retail partner and we’ll spread the cost of your purchase over 4 payments. It’s just that little bit extra breathing space to make buying easier.


Who can use Oxipay?

Oxipay is available to all people who fit the following criteria.

  • Live in Australia
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Have an Australia credit card

How do I use Oxipay?

When shopping online you just simply need to select Oxipay during the checkout process. When shopping instore you will need to let our sales staff know you would like to purchase today using Oxipay.

What does it cost to use Oxipay?

Oxipay does not charge you fees for making a purchase and making payments on time. If you do not make your payments on time late payment fees may apply.

No hidden fees. No interest.

At Oxipay we make our money by charging our retailers directly, so we can keep your customer costs at zero. The same goes for fees, with the exception of a $6 late fee if you miss a payment.

Can I make additional payments or pay off my purchase earlier?

What happens if I cannot make a payment?

Who do I contact about refunds, returns or a purchase that I haven’t received?

Please contact our Extreme Gear customer service centre on (07) 4151 3033 to talk to one of our friendly sales assistance, or by clicking here who will handle all refunds, returns or claims for undelivered goods in accordance with our company policy or by law.

If a return is accepted we will refund what you’ve paid us and cancel any future payments. We’ll do this as soon as we can, but the process can take time. **Please note** all goods being refunded must be returned for assesment before a refund will be accepted and issued. 

How do I close my Oxipay account?

You can close your Oxipay account by contacting us via our support page click here. Please note that all outstanding amounts will need to be paid in full before you can close your account.
